Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before renting a vehicle from DnD Autos. By renting a vehicle, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Deposit
1.1 The £300 deposit will be returned within 14 days after vehicle return, subject to inspection.
1.2 The Company may deduct reasonable costs including:
- Damage beyond fair wear and tear
- Missing items
- Fines or penalties incurred during rental
- Excessive cleaning costs
- Breach of Agreement or Terms
1.3 All damage costs will be assessed by repair quotation or independent estimate and charged at reasonable market value.
2. Vehicle Return
2.1 The vehicle must be returned at the agreed time and date.
2.2 Late returns may incur daily rental charges plus reasonable administrative fees.
3. Fuel Policy
3.1 Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as provided.
3.2 Refuelling plus administrative charges apply if not returned correctly.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur charges to cover preparation costs and loss of booking.
4.2 Cancellation terms may vary depending on booking confirmation and will be confirmed at time of reservation.
5. Insurance & Liability
5.1 The Customer must maintain valid insurance covering hire or rental vehicles for the full rental period.
5.2 The Customer remains liable for all damage, loss, or costs resulting from misuse, negligence, or breach of Agreement.
6. Parking & Traffic Violations
6.1 The Customer is fully responsible for all parking tickets, congestion charges, tolls, and traffic violations incurred during rental.
6.2 The Company may pass details to relevant authorities where required.
6.3 All fines and associated admin fees may be recovered from the Customer or deducted from the deposit.
7. General
7.1 These Terms form part of the Rental Agreement.
7.2 If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains valid.
7.3 This contract is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
